Negelle March 13/2013 Eight investors with over 24 million Birr combined capital received licenses to undertake various projects in Bore Woreda Gujji Zone of Oromia State during the last six months, the woreda investment office said.
Office Head, Bekele Udo told ENA that the investors will undertake seven projects in the areas of agriculture, industry, hotel and tourism, among others.
Bekele said the investors have received over eight hectares land to carry out the projects.
The woreda is suitable for crop development, coffee plantation and animal husbandry, among others.
The office has prepared over 247 hectares investment site in different areas of the woreda, the head said.
