Ethiopian Ambassador presents credential to Bulgarian President

  Addis Ababa March 07/2013 The newly appointed Ethiopian Ambassador to Bulgaria, Menelik Alemu presented his letter of credence to the country's President Rosen Plevneliev, the Ministry of Foreign Affiars said. Ambassador Menelik, who is also Ambassador to Switzerland briefed the President on the process to build democratic system and the economic growth being registered in the country. The Ambassador said efforts will be exerted to further strengthen bilateral relation between Ethiopia and Bulgaria, especially in the areas of science and technology. President Plevneliev on his part said his country is keen to boost existing ties with Ethiopia in science, technology and economic sectors. The President also lauded the success Ethiopia registered in various sectors over the past years, according to the Ministry.
