Chiro March 06/2013 Purchasing of fertilizers is underway with over 180 million Birr allocated by the government in the efforts to increase productivity in West Hararge Zone of Oromia State, the zonal agriculture department said.
It said the fertilizers will be distributed among 180,000 farmers in the zone at fair price.
The fertilizers will be used to develop over 94,000 hectares land.
