Goba February 24/2013 Over 200,000 hectares investment site is prepared in Bale Zone of Oromia State in the current Ethiopian year, the zonal investment office said.
Office Head, Muhedin Ismael said the site will be used to undertake projects in the areas of agriculture, construction, social service as well as hotel and tourism.
The head said the projects will create more than 2000 jobs.
Some 28 investors with over 316 million Birr combined capital have received licenses to engage in different investment activities in the zone during the last six months alone, he said.
