Assela February 23/2013 Construction of various development projects is well in progress in Assela Town , Oromia State with over 10 million Birr, the town government communication affairs office said.
Office deputy head, Tadesse Anbesse told ENA on Saturday that the projects include, among others, construction of alleys, flood canals, business centers and bridge as well as installation of electric cables.
Tadesse said so far construction of 23km flood canals, over 5km cobblestone road, 15km alleys and 10 business centers, among others, is so far finalized.
He said construction of the remaining projects is well in progress.
