Woldiya February 12/2013 A 15mt long bridge constructed across a deep gorge in Woldiya Town, Amhara State with six million Birr has gone operational, the town administration service office said.
The office told ENA on Tuesday that the bridge constructed with the budget allocated by the office links two localities in the town.
Similarly, another bridge is being built across a river locally called 'Shele' in the town with five million Birr budget allocated by the office.
Some residents of the town on their parts lauded efforts of the government to speed up development in the area.
