Bahir Dar February 08/2013 Farmers in Dangla Woreda, Awi Zone of Amhara State have secured more than 9.6 million Birr profit from sale of fattened animals, the Woreda Agriculture Office said.
The Office told ENA that 2,900 farmers engaged in animal fattening side by side with crop production obtained the stated sum from sale of 7,870 fattened animals.
It said the farmers are working hard to supply 28,000 fattened animals to market and thereby increase their benefit.
