Bahir Dar January 17/2013 One of the three primary schools being constructed in Bahir Dar Zuria Woreda in West Gojjam Zone of Amhara State at a cost of six million Birr has gone operational, the Woreda Education Office said.
The Office told ENA that 98 percent of the construction of the remaining two primary schools has so far been finalized.
Each school will have eight classrooms and a laboratory, among others, the Office said.
It said the construction of the schools will enable 2,400 children get access to education service near their villages.
