Nekemite January 13/2013 Construction of 62km gravel roads will be launched in East Wollega Zone of Oromia State with over 229 million Birr in the near future, the zonal roads authority office said.
Office Head, Asnakech Kebede told ENA that the roads will be constructed in three woredas of the zone with the budget allocated by the regional government.
Asnakech said construction of the roads will be completed within the coming three years.
More than 300,000 residents will benefit from the roads.
