Office coordinator, Kebede Urgesa told ENA that the parties have fielded 50 nominees for parliamentary seats and 93 others for regional council seats.

The coordinator said 12 of the nominees are women.

He said list of nominees fielded by the ONC, EDP, Forum, OPDO and CUD, among others, has been made official.

Kebede said so far there is no complaint from political parties concerning the election process.

The coordinator said 430,181 voters have registered and received voters' ID Cards in the zone. Some 199,653 of the electorates are women.
