ADA obtains over 300,000 birr from 2002 EC telethon
Addis Ababa, March 13, 2010 (Addis Ababa) -

More than 300,000 birr has been solicited at Amhara Development Association (ADA) 2002 EC a fund raising telethon program held in Addis Ketema sub-city from natives and partners.

Public relations advisor of the executive of the sub-city Abeba Eshete told ENA that ADA has been carried out various development works that includes construction of health, potable water and road facilities in the state over the last seventeen years.

Sub-city Chief executive Mesfin Mengistu on his part urged natives and development partners to join hands in the effort to ensure sustainable development in the state.

The stated sum was collected from natives, development partners organization, executive and employees of the sub-city according to the sub- city communication affairs office.
