Addis Ababa, May 28, 2009 (Addis Ababa) - President of the United States of America, Barack Obama sent congratulatory message to Presdeint Girma Woldegiorgis in connection with the 18th anniversary of May 28, a day that heralded the demise of the dictatorial Derg regime in 1991, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
