Dessie, March 2, 2009 (Dessie) Construction of a youth center is underway in Tehuledere Woerda of South Wollo Zone of Amhara State at a cost of a million Birr, the woreda youth and sport office said. Office head Mohammad Seid told ENA that the construction budget was secured from the woreda administration and Helvatus, an NGO.
