Enterprise General Manager, Mebratu Gebre'gziabher told ENA on Saturday that the enterprise distributed, among others, fertilizer, select fruit and vegetable seeds, pesticides, and spraying equipment during the report period.

The enterprise distributed the inputs to state-owned farms, cooperative associations, private farmers as well as non- governmental organizations.

The enterprise has contributed share in the growth of the agriculture sector witnessed over the past few years, Mebratu said, adding, currently the enterprise is striving to timely supply the inputs .

He said the farmers are now enjoying a better marketing system. They have also managed to buy the inputs in cash.
