Office head, Abduselam Abdosh told ENA that the launching of the website is significant to attract more investors to the area. The website, which would be launched in the near future, would help introduce the real features of the state to the external world in particular to foreign investors.

Currently, the office has designed a new system enabling to provide efficient services to investors.

Some 43 investors with a combined capital of nearly 142 million Birr have been engaged in various investment sectors in the state during the past six months alone.

The investors are engaged in real estate, construction, agriculture, hotel and tourism sectors, among others. The investment projects have already created temporary and permanent jobs to over 1,140 citizens.
