Harar, March 3, 2008 (Harar) - Harar Town in Harari State is to host a two-day international conference that would discuss on promotion and tourism potentials in the town as of March 04, 2008, State Chief Administrator said.Murad Abdullahadi told ENA on Monday that the conference would help promote the historical town and make it a tourist destination.
He said the conference would attract professionals from the USA, Europe, Arab League and other countries.
The Chief Administrator said the conference is believed to be an important occasion to promote the Jegol Wall, which is recognized by UNESCO .
It was to be recalled that Harar Town colorfully celebrated its 1000th founding anniversary .
