EOC Patriarch gets his history recorded in film documentary
A/A, July 12, 2008 (Addis Ababa) - A film documentary on the life and spiritual work of the Patriarch of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church Abune Paulos was inaugurated on Saturday.

The launching ceremony at the Addis Ababa Convention Center was attended by Labor and Social Affairs Minister Hassan Abdella, archbishops, other members of the clergy, eminent personalities and invited guests.

The VCD copies of the master record of the documentary will be sold out, whose proceeds will go into the construction cost of the museum project at the Mary of Zion Church.

Owner of Anbessa Advertizing Wubshet Workalemahu said on the occasion that the incumbent patriarch won an international stature and the film showing his life and spiritual work would also portray the acceptance Ethiopia has today by the international community.

Abune Paulos is the fifth Ethiopian patriarch of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church Tewahdo.
