This came here on Thursday at a meeting organized to introduce the newly elected executive members of the corporation's labor association and bid farewell to the outgoing ones.

on the occasion, the new ETC labor association president Addisu Borie said workers of the corporation will work diligently towards the grand goals set for attainment into the new Ethiopian millennium.

Present at the ceremony were ETC management board chairman Debretsion Gebremichael, Confederation of Ethiopian Trade Unions Deputy President Berhane Gebru, ETC Manager Amare Amsalu, ETC line managers and members of the labor association.

Participants recognized the need for the association to back the efforts of the corporation in the implementation of large-scale telecom projects in the pipeline.
