Austrian Delegation Arrives
Addis Ababa, January 3, 2008 (Addis Ababa) - An Austrian delegation led by its Science and Research Minister Johannes Hahn arrived here on Thursday on three-day working visit to Ethiopia.

The delegation was welcomed by Foreign Affairs Minister Seyoum Mesfin up on its arrival at the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.

Hahn told ENA at the airport that his country is desirous to strengthen its relations with Ethiopia in education, science and cultural areas.

He said the delegation is expected to sign various agreements in the stated fields.

Hahn said his government is also interested to work with its Ethiopian counterpart in tourism sector.

While here, the delegation is expected to visit Afar State.
