Housing Development Project Office of Addis Ababa City Administration said it has finalized the construction of over 6000 condominium houses during the first half of the current Ethiopian budget year.

Office General Manager, Tsedale Mammo told ENA that the construction work on 37 percent of the condominium houses has already been completed.

The office has selected sites, which will be used for the construction of 36,000 condominium houses during the current Ethiopian budget year.

The construction of the houses has created over 59,000 jobs. Over 150 new enterprises were established to supply inputs for the construction and infrastructure development activities.
