Addis Ababa, October 26, 2007 (Addis Ababa) - The National Assembly of South African Parliament sent a message of congratulations to the government and people of Ethiopia in connection with the new Ethiopian Millennium, which is being celebrated, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
