HPR to confer on motions tomorrow
Addis Ababa, October 22, 2007 (Addis Ababa) - The House of Peoples’ Representatives (HPR) is to confer on Tuesday on the motions presented in accordance with the Opening Speech of President Girma Woldegiorgis held on 08 Oct. 2007, Office of the HPR said.

Prime minister Meles Zenawi will give briefings on the motions based on the stand of the incumbent Ethiopian government, a statement from information and public relation department of the HPR to ENA said.

After holding thorough discussion on the reform motions and hearing the position of the Ethiopian government, the House is expected to endorse the support motion, the statement said.

The department announced that the discussions on the motions and the briefing of the premier would be transmitted live through Television and the Ethiopian Radio.
