State Minister of Federal Affairs, Maeregu Habtemariam, ambassador of Rwanda to Ethiopia and senior diplomats welcomed President Kagame upon arrival at the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.

President Kagame is expected to discuss with the U.S. Secretary of State, Dr. Condoleezza Rice, who arrived here on Wednesday.

Later on Tuesday, Presidents of Uganda and Burundi, Yoweri Museveni and Pierre Nkurunziza respectively, and also the newly appointed Prime Minster of Somalia, Nur Hassan Hussein had arrived here to take part in the summit.
