Addis Ababa, August 4, 2007 (Addis Ababa) - The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) opened on Saturday its 193rd branch in area locally known as Ura’el here in Addis Ababa.Inaugurating the Ura’el Branch, CBE Vice President, Melika Bedri said bank is undertaking activities to network all its branches in Addis in a bid to provide swift and modern services to customers.
The bank has also employed improved monitoring and follow-up mechanism for its loan services.
The bank also employed a procedure that enables it quickly and properly respond to customer complaints.
